"Terrible company! I've been a customer for 15 years, one claim for $1,012 and nothing else. No tickets, no accidents. Talked with Felicia, Laura and finally Alisha Wilkins manager today aboutan overcharge of 8 per month forthe next 4 months. It should have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Instead ut was escalated into multiple conversations over 2 hours, resulting in me filing complaint with Florida department of insurance. They told me they get complaints constantly. According to the power tripping ladies in Belleview State Farm office, You're not allowed to speak with owner Bradley Blessing at all, but can email him. Office manager Joe Stock is on vacation for at least another month WOW!
Felicia is very sensitive and hung up on me because I don't speak insurance and kept asking her to explain it in black and white terms. Laura got irrate with me and had a shrill tone and argued. Manager Alisha told me to go somewhere else and let her know who my new insurance company will be! These ladies are completely unmanaged and out of any professional control. I may as well have been at Burger King. The attitude of "us vs them" should be corrected to a "let's solve this quickly and efficiently " attitude. THEY DO NOT CARE."

"Very friendly place had to stop by because my mom passed away and let them know as she had her auto insurance through State Farm but in another city a couple hours away. They were very helpful and called up the branch she was with and scanned the death certificate and got everything taken care of for me even though they weren’t her agent. Super nice place and super nice people."

"Up until today my family has been with this specific agency for over nine years until I was informed that I would be billed double due to their ageny's billing system because I changed my billing date. I contacted State Farm Corporate and they informed me that wasn't the case yet this agency insisted although they can't override corporate. Thankfully SF Corporate suggested I file a escalated complaint. The nerve of a agency believing they have more authority than their own corporation. I'll be changing to another SF agent who respects their customers and the corporation they work for."
